The Milwaukee Bucks had just one pick at their disposal in this year's draft. 

With word from league insider Shams Charania during ESPN's ongoing second round broadcast of the 2025 NBA Draft that nine-time All-Star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo would be closely monitoring Milwaukee's draft decision, the Bucks opted to select... yet another long-term project player.

Bucks general manager Jon Horst used his team's No. 47 pick on Serbian forward Bogoljub Markovic, a skilled big man with a deft long range shooting touch.

ESPN's Jonathan Givony indicated that Markovic is expected to be a draft-and-stash piece for the team, meaning he won't even be on the roster next season.
