“The White Lotus” is heading to the South of France.
Season 3 stars Parker Posey and Jason Issacs confirmed where Season 4 will take place on the red carpet at the 2025 Emmy Awards Sunday.
“Mike [White] is in the South of France right now. That’s where Season 4 is going to be,” Posey, 56, told E! News.
“I have no idea if I’m in it,” added the actress, who played Victoria Ratliff in the Thailand-based season.
Isaacs, who played Victoria’s husband Timothy, told Entertainment Tonight of Season 4: “It is the South of France.”
However, Isaacs, 62, noted that since the Ratliffs — including Timothy and Victoria’s kids played by Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sam Nivola and Sarah Catherine Hook — ended up broke, it’s doubtful any of them will be in Season 4.
“I don’t think they’re coming back,” he said, joking, “They’ll be lucky if they can stay in a Howard Johnson’s.”
After being an Emmys darling in its first two seasons, “The White Lotus” got shut out during the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Seven actors from the show — Isaacs, Posey, Walton Goggins, Sam Rockwell, Carrie Coon, Aimee Lou Wood and Natasha Rothwell — were nominated in the drama supporting categories, but none of them won.
The series also lost Outstanding Drama Series to “The Pitt.”
Of its 23 total nominations, “The White Lotus” Season 3 only won a Creative Arts Emmy for Original Main Title Theme Music. The award went to composer Cristóbal Tapia de Veer, who quit the series after Season 3 over a feud with creator Mike White.
On Sept. 4, Deadline reported that Season 4 will take place in France. HBO and White, 55, have yet to confirm the news themselves.
The first season was in Hawaii and the second season was in Italy.
HBO programming executive Francesca Orsi previously told Deadline, “I can’t really say where we’re going to land but chances are somewhere in Europe.”
Executive producer David Bernad told The Hollywood Reporter last month: “I am very excited for what Mike is working on and thinking about for season four.”
“I think it’s going to speak to culture in a way that is going to be relevant. I don’t want to say too much [other than] I know what it is and where it’s going, and it’s really exciting and I think people will be happy about the direction of season four,” Bernad added.
