The Netherplace in Where Winds Meet is a store in Ghostlight Market that you can visit to buy some crafting materials. This store sells rare materials in bulk, so if you are low on materials, visit this store to replenish your inventory. If you want to buy items from the Netherplace, you must unlock the Ghostlight Market first. After unlocking this area, teleport to the Ghostlight Market Boundary Stone, and after reaching the area, put on the ghost mask, as without this mask, you cannot buy items from vendors at the Ghostlight Market.

To get this ghost mask, you must complete the Bounty Trouble quest in Where Winds Meet, and progressing through this quest will also unlock the Ghostlight Market underground area in Kaifeng.

Follow the main road in the Ghostlight Market and keep walking till you reach a big face mask gate. Just before this gate, turn to your left, and you will find a two-story house. This building is The Netherplace, and you can interact with the NPC, Steady Eyes, to buy items.

To buy items from The Netherplace, interact with Steady Eyes at the two-story house in Ghostlight Market, and select the first dialogue option, to check all the items that he is selling.

Another essential thing to consider is that you can access this store only while you are in solo mode. If you are in the Co-Op or Online Modes, you may not be able to access The Netherplace store in Where Winds Meet.

• Dragon Bones
• Chlorite Schist
• Fat-Tail Sheepskin
• Weasel Pelt

Weasel Pelts and Dragon Bones are used to craft Lvl 71 Bows and Rings that can be used to tune other gear. You can also use them to craft Rare and Epic Bows and Rings in the title. Chlorite Schist and Fat-Tail Sheepskin are commonly used as crafting materials.

The price of all these materials in The Netherplace is the same, and it costs 300 Zhou Coins to buy one item. Furthermore, this shop has a weekly reset, and you can buy up to 99 items of each of the four materials that are available in The Netherplace.
