The 2025 WNBA season is just around the corner, with intrigue and excitement about the next generation of women's basketball stars reaching a fever pitch.
Before that, however, all 13 WNBA teams look to fine-tune their offseason prep with a few preseason games. Among the slate is a matchup between the Wings and the Aces at Notre Dame on Friday.

This is not the first time a WNBA team has played on a college campus recently, with the Aces travelling to Columbia, South Carolina, to take on the Puerto Rico national team in May of 2024. Both Dallas and Las Vegas have notable Notre Dame alumnae on their teams, including Arike Ogunbowale and Jewell Loyd.
Fans of newly drafted Wings guard Paige Bueckers will be able to see her first WNBA minutes on national television, as the WNBA plans to televise every preseason game for the first time ever.
