Where to watch USMNT vs. Jamaica live stream, TV channel, lineups, time, prediction for Nations League second leg

Holding a slim 1-0 aggregate advantage after victory in Kingston, the USMNT will look to hold serve at home and seal a spot in the Nations League semifinals as they meet Jamaica in St. Louis on Monday.

Ricardo Pepi's early goal was enough for the U.S. men to hang on and secure a valuable CONCACAF road win on a poor pitch in the Caribbean. Goalkeeper Matt Turner helped the win with a penalty save midway through the first half.

Now ahead of the second leg, Mauricio Pochettino must help his side remain steadfast amidst a host of fitness concerns stemming from injury absences and new ailments.

Jamaica have beaten the U.S. on home soil twice in history and once in competitive action, coming in the 2015 Gold Cup semifinals. They looked up for the challenge at home in the first leg and will be a tough out even given the aggregate differential coming in.

USMNT vs. Jamaica lineups & team news

The Jamaica national team roster comes with no surprises, as all main stars are included. The big news for Jamaica was the return of Leon Bailey, who had been at odds with the federation and not been called in since being left off the Copa America roster. The Aston Villa man is back for this month's fixtures with new head coach Steve McClaren now in charge.

Not appearing is veteran Bobby Decordova-Reid who has failed to secure a starting spot in his first season with Leicester City. Michail Antonio remains a key figure up front for Jamaica despite just one goal and one assist for West Ham this season but did not start in the first leg, with Shamar Nicholson deployed instead.

Brentford defender Ethan Pinnock picked up a knee injury just before the international break, according to McClaren, and his status for this match is uncertain after missing the first leg.

Jamaica predicted starting lineup (5-4-1, right to left): Blake (GK) — A. Bell, Lowe, Lembikisa, Holgate, Leigh — Bailey, Palmer, Latibeaudiere, Gray — Nicholson.

The United States has a number of stars back in action, but are still missing a few struggling with injuries.

Chris Richards has been out with a hamstring injury for the last month, missing the October international break, but has returned to the roster here after being on the bench against Fulham on the weekend. Haji Wright appeared to roll his ankle badly in the 2-2 draw with Sunderland on Saturday and was left off the roster after being seen on crutches following the match. Folarin Balogun and Josh Sargent are both missing with injuries, leaving the attacking ranks thinned a bit.

Tyler Adams finally made his first start of the season for Bournemouth on Saturday, having missed the early portion of the campaign, but the USMNT coaching staff do not wish to risk an injury-prone player until he proves he can handle a full load of matches for club and country.

Sergino Dest continues to recover from his ACL tear just before the summer and isn't expected back until at least the start of 2025. Gio Reyna picked up a muscle injury in training during the September international break and has not yet returned for Borussia Dortmund, while oft-injured Josh Sargent has once again gone down, this time with a groin injury, and will be out until 2025 after needing surgery.

Tim Weah is back after being suspended for the first match stemming from his red card in the Copa America, while Johnny Cardoso has returned to Real Betis after suffering a "mild muscle injury" in the opener. Aidan Morris withdrew from the USMNT squad after suffering a knee injury in training prior to the first match.

USA predicted starting lineup (4-3-3): Turner (GK) — Scally, McKenzie, Richards, A. Robinson — Tessman, Musah — Weah, McKennie, Pulisic — Pepi.

USMNT vs. Jamaica prediction, betting odds & lines

  • Score prediction: USA 2-1 Jamaica

The United States should take care of business on home soil, but Jamaica looked good enough for a goal throughout most of their first leg and should be able to find the back of the net at least once knowing they have to score if they wish to turn around their aggregate deficit.

The Jamaica counter-attack was potent throughout the first leg, causing problems for the USMNT defenders on their bobbly pitch in Kingston. While the field in St. Louis won't provide them the same sort of home-field advantage, they should remain dangerous when forcing turnovers high up the field.
