We'll have at least one more day of baseball in 2026.

The Tampa Bay Rays finally picked up their first win of the World Series, rallying in the 12th inning for a 4-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 4 Tuesday night. It was only Milwaukee's second defeat this postseason and extended the series to a fifth game, which is set for Wednesday.

At the very least, the Rays prevented the Brewers from becoming the first team to sweep in a Fall Classic since the Giants blanked the Tigers in 2012, but the odds remain heavily in Milwaukee's favor. Of the 44 times MLB teams have gone up 3-0 in a best-of-seven series, 39 have clinched by the fifth game. The 2004 Red Sox remain the only team to win a series after dropping the first three games with their legendary ALCS comeback that year against the Yankees.

Aside from the raw probabilities involved, the Rays also face the unpleasant task of facing Jacob Misiorowski again Wednesday. The likely NL Cy Young winner beat them in the series opener and will undoubtedly be gassed up to clinch the title. On the other side, it'll be all hands on deck for Kevin Cash. His Game 1 starter, Nick Martinez, pitched two innings in relief Tuesday and likely won't be available, so Tampa Bay will have to get creative.

Can the Rays send the series back to Milwaukee, or will the Brewers return home with a trophy? Here's everything you need to know about watching Game 5 of the World Series.
