Don't flip out, but the NCAA gymnastics postseason is here. It begins with the regionals, dwindling down from 36 teams to the eight headed to Fort Worth.

The regionals take place throughout four locations – Baton Rouge, Tempe, Lexington and Corvallis.

No. 1 Oklahoma is the favorite to defend its title this season, but it's anyone's game. Watch out for No. 3 Florida and No. 4 UCLA, who won the SEC and Big Ten championships.
