Arkansas hosts its first SEC gymnastics meet of the season when LSU comes to town.
While only in its third week of the season, the Razorbacks have seen massive improvements, finally putting up their first 197.00 of the campaign last week. Freshman superstar Joscelyn Roberson grabbed her second all-around title of the season in the tri-meet, putting up a 39.350. Senior Maddie Jones and junior Cami Weaver have, too, been essentially to the Hogs so far in what they hope is a breakout season.
They have their chance to make a mark against LSU.
No. 2 in the nation, the Tigers are a favorite to win the championship down the line. Still, they have a tough SEC season to get through. The good news, though, is graduate Haleigh Bryant is back, and Aleah Finnegan is on track for her best season yet. LSU has a couple of impactful freshmen, too, but putting up the best lineup week in and week out will be key, especially on their first road SEC meet.
