Led by superstars young and old, Team Canada hopes to continue its roll straight into the IIHF World Championship final when it faces Finland in the semis Saturday.

The Canadians have been on a mission in Switzerland after missing out on the medal round altogether in 2025. They plowed through Group B play, then drilled the United States 4-0 in Thursday's quarterfinal, setting up a matchup with the Finns.

Macklin Celebrini has been a revelation, recording six goals and six assists through eight games. Late roster addition Sidney Crosby found the net for the first time against Team USA after dishing out nine assists in the preliminary round. In all, 15 players have scored for Canada in the tournament and they will try to maintain that balanced attack in the semis.

The Finns are here thanks in part to surprising contributions from Aleksander Barkov, who missed the entire NHL season after tearing his ACL in September but has two goals and seven assists at Worlds as one of Finland's leaders in average time on ice (18:35).

Who will move on to play for gold Sunday? Here's everything you need to know to watch the semifinal.
