The easiest method of obtaining a Wasp Driver in Arc Raiders is by hunting down Wasps. These are common enemies, similar to the Snitch, but unlike them, these will actually shoot you. Disable one by shooting out the two rotors on its side.

You can collect the loot from the remains of the Wasp, and there is a chance of it giving you the Driver. These types of enemies are extremely common and you can easily farm several of this material if you feel like it.

You might also find Wasp Drivers on top of a small hill near the Testing Annex area of the Dam Background map in Arc Raiders. You will need to find a small ruin in this area, where you will find a locked container. Open this container to find the Wasp Driver inside of it.
