As mentioned, the Fireball Burner in ARC Raiders is only acquirable after destroying a particular ARC enemy known as the Fireball ARC machine. This enemy is very common on all maps and is typically found inside buildings.

When you destroy this ARC enemy, just go near and search it; most of the time, you will find the Fireball Burner.

As for the Fireball ARC machine's description, it has a black layer of armor and attacks by releasing flames. Its attack pattern is predictable: when it sees you, it quickly rolls towards you, opens its front panel, and releases flames that deal high damage.

However, it is very easy to counter and destroy. Weapons like the Anvil and Ferro, which have high armor penetration, can destroy them in one shot. Also, you can easily destroy it with other weapons if you shoot the unarmored part when it opens its panel. Just make sure to back off when you destroy it at close range, as it creates a fire within its radius when destroyed.
