Where is TGL played? What to know about indoor golf league location for stacked rosters

TGL is certainly a cool idea.

Many of the best golfers in the world are part of the indoor The Golf League. They've got a sweet simulator, a changing green to putt on and fun lights and music.

They can simulate pretty much any course they want, and the teams of golfers play a fun scoring setup to see who can win.

Each team has a city location, although that doesn't actually have anything to do with where they play.

Where is TGL played?

TGL is played in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

They built a 250,000 square foot arena called the SoFi Center, which is on the campus of Palm Beach State College.

They can seat about 1,500 spectators.

Who founded TGL?

TGL was founded by two all-time greats: Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy.

They began play in 2025, making the 2026 season their second campaign.

The league has six teams and is broadcasted on ABC and ESPN.

It's certainly a fascinating way to approach golf, and it provides more weeknight programming for ESPN.

It also allows golfers to operate in a different environment to what they and their fans are used to, which can be pretty cool.
