Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady made the news after the seven-time Super Bowl champion revealed that his current dog Junie is a clone of his late dog Lua.

Earlier this month, Brady revealed that he cloned his former dog, a pit bull mix, with the help of his company, Colossal Biosciences. The biotech company had previously cloned Barbra Streisand’s dog Samantha, who died in 2017, and Paris Hilton’s dog Diamond Baby.

Brady's revelation caught the attention of the NFL community, including his former New England Patriots teammates Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski. On their Dudes on Dudes podcast, they shared a hilarious exchange mocking Brady.

Edelman asked about the personality of the cloned dog:

"Does it have the same personality?"

Gronk answered:

"No, that's one thing I hear that it doesn't. The personality doesn't stay the same, but the looks stay the same."

Edelman doubled down on his question, asking the origin of the cloned dog's personality.

"That's what I wanted to know," Gronk answered. "Where does the bones come from? Where's the brain cells come from? Where does the brain matter? Where does the intestine come from? Where does this ball sack come from…."

Edelman chimed in:

"So is this straight Jurassic Park? I hope Tom didn't use the other DNA, part of the frog. They can reproduce themselves. And this dog could go out of control, some form of evolution…"

Tom Brady left in awe of Matthew Stafford's no-look play against 49ers

Tom Brady seemingly won it all by dominating for almost two decades in a legendary NFL career. The iconic quarterback doesn't often envy other players, but he was left in awe after watching veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford's no-look pass against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.

“I watched Matthew Stafford play video game football against the 49ers on Sunday, and it seems he can run this offense with his eyes closed at times," Brady said. "I guess he’s kind of proven that with the no-look pass, right? I should’ve tried that more, it looks so cool.”

The 37-year-old Rams quarterback has turned back the clock this season by registering 2427 yards with an NFL-leading 25 touchdowns. Stafford's stellar numbers have made him one of the favorites for the MVP title this season.
