The Titans take the field against the Rams in Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season at Nissan Stadium in Nashville on Sunday.
The Titans began their new campaign with a 20-12 loss to the Denver Broncos, with former Miami quarterback and No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward making his debut. Ward went 12 of 28 for 112 yards and took six sacks, but the team lost what could have been a winnable game.
Tennessee dropped eight passes and were also ranked among the league's worst offenses in Week 1. They converted just six points off turnovers while committing 13 penalties for 131 yards.
Meanwhile, veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford steered the Rams to a hard-fought 14-9 win over the AFC South's Houston Texans. He impressed against one of the league's fastest defenses despite taking three sacks.
He also joined Matt Ryan as the second-fastest quarterback in NFL history to surpass 60,000 passing yards, behind only Drew Brees. The Rams' defense also pressured Texans QB C.J. Stroud on over 40% of his dropbacks, which could spell trouble for Tennessee's Ward in Week 2.
