The New York Knicks evened up the first-round series at two on Saturday in dominant fashion.
In a 16-point victory, the Knicks' defense was the star of the show, holding Atlanta to just 98 points with no player scoring more than 17. The Knicks led by 14 at halftime, starting off strong and growing the lead through the first three quarters.
Karl-Anthony Towns had a triple-double for New York in Game 4, with OG Anunoby adding a 22-point double-double of his own. Atlanta had six players in double digits, but no go-to scoring option throughout the game, resulting in a convincing Knicks victory.
Entering the series, the Knicks were the favorite as a No. 3 seed, but the Hawks have proven that they are up to the test in Games 2 and 3. However, the Hawks managed one-point victories in both contests. Should they want to convince the basketball world that they are capable of going on a postseason run, they may need a dominant performance in Game 5.
