The SEC has only one volleyball national championship in its history, but that number will double Sunday.
Kentucky and Texas A&M face off in an intraconference showdown with an NCAA title on the line. The Wildcats brought home that lone title in 2020 and would love to add another, while the Aggies are looking to cap their first trip to the final four with a trophy.
It's a fascinating matchup between two of the hottest teams in the country. UK (30-2) has won 27 in an row, its most last loss coming against Pittsburgh on Sept. 10. On other side, A&M (28-4) has followed up a loss to Texas in the SEC tournament semifinals with five straight wins in the NCAA tournament, most notably taking out unbeaten title favorite Nebraska in the regional final.
