Superbon and Masaaki Noiri battle for the undisputed ONE featherweight kickboxing world title in less than two weeks' time. Both are ready and determined to see their respective causes through.
Two of the promotion's most elite strikers headline ONE 173 on Nov. 16 at the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan. Reigning featherweight king Superbon looks to assert his standing as the top dog in the division in a unification bout against interim champion Noiri.
ONE Championship recently uploaded the official preview for the title fight on YouTube, where the protagonists gave their thoughts on their showdown, including the motivation they have heading into it.

Meanwhile, Noiri shared:
"The reason I joined ONE Championship is because I want to fight the best in the world. I'm going to challenge the world's strongest, Superbon. [In my last fight] I think I made a big positive impact worldwide, and this time I want to make an even bigger impact."The preview also looks back at the top performances of both fighters in ONE Championship.
Spotlighted for Superbon is his second-round knockout of Dutch-Turkish fighter Tayfun Ozcan in their kickboxing joust in June 2023 in Thailand. For Noiri, it is his third-round TKO of Thai superstar Tawanchai PK Saenchai in March in Japan to win the interim featherweight kickboxing championship belt.

The Superbon-Noiri unification match is one of five world title fights featured at ONE 173, which is ONE Championship's second live on-ground event in Japan this year.

Superbon confident of dealing with Masaaki Noiri at ONE 173
Superbon is aware that Masaaki Noiri presents a serious challenge to his reign as ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion. He, however, is confident of dealing with what the Japanese star will be bringing at ONE 173.
The 35-year-old Thai superstar shared in an interview with ONE Championship that there is nothing in Noiri's arsenal that he has not seen in his long and illustrious career.
"I have seen many kickboxers with the same fighting style as Noiri. I have some methods to cope with great and strong kickboxers with this same style. I think I can handle this," Superbon said.ONE 173 will mark Superbon's return to kickboxing after competing in Muay Thai in his last two matches.
