Chris Martin’s daughter, Apple, is following in his musical footsteps.
The Coldplay frontman watched from the audience Friday as his 21-year-old made her singing debut at Nashville’s Cannery Hall with the Jade Street band.
In fan footage shared via TikTok, Apple belted out “Satellite” alongside musicians Eli Meyuhas and Zachery Zwelling.
The song is the nepo baby’s collaboration with her fellow Vanderbilt University students.
Apple, who has a songwriting credit on her dad’s “Let Somebody Go” and “feelslikeimfallinginlove” hits, performed in a cropped white tank and black skirt.
Martin, 48, “made it clear to fans that while he enjoyed meeting them, he was there to support his daughter and didn’t want the night to be focused on him,” according to the Vanderbilt Hustler.

Social media users blasted her performance over the weekend, with one joking in the comments section that the “apple does fall far from the tree.”
Another labeled Apple “off-key,” with a third quipping, “Wow just wow. I’m assuming she has no true friends tha will tell her. Baby no don’t do it. This is not ur thing.”
Others, however, defended Apple and praised her singing skills.
“She wasn’t bad y’all can chill,” one insisted, while another wrote, “I really don’t hate it.”
Apple is Paltrow and Martin’s eldest child, as the former couple are also the parents of 19-year-old son Moses.
She has been making headlines for modeling projects in recent months, from her first major fashion deal with Self-Portrait to her campaign with Paltrow, 53, for GapStudio.
While chatting with The Telegraph last week, Apple explained why she doesn’t believe she should “be entitled to anything” despite having famous parents.
“I constantly remind myself how grateful I am to have these opportunities,” she said. “I know this is not a normal way to grow up by any means.
“But my parents did a really good job of instilling in me that … I have to work,” Apple concluded.
