Acalanes: The Dons defeated fellow unbeaten team Campolindo 45-28 to move to 2-0 in Diablo - Foothill play.
Eagle Rock: The Eagles beat rival Franklin (Los Angeles) 42-28 for a Northern League title.
El Cerrito: The Gauchos dominated the second half after a 7-7 halftime score to defeat previously-unbeaten Salesian (Richmond) 40-14 and take a vice grip of the Tri-County - Rock title race.
Garfield: The Bulldogs beat South Gate 39-28 to move to 5-0 in conference play and clinch, at minimum, a share of the Eastern League title.
King/Drew: The Golden Eagles survived a late push from rival Dorsey in the South L.A. Classic to win 17-16 and stay unbeaten in Coliseum League play.
Liberty Ranch: The Hawks won 28-21 against Bradshaw Christian, which was also 4-0 in conference play, to stay unbeaten and take sole possession of first place in the Sierra Valley League.
Mission Viejo: The Diablos surged past arch rival San Clemente in the second half after a 10-10 halftime score to roll to a 34-16 victory in Alpha League play.
Palma: The Chieftains edged out Salinas 42-41 to remain in the Pacific Coast - Gabilan title race and start 7-0 for the first time since 2014.
Pleasant Valley: The Vikings handed rival Chico its first loss by the score of 16-7 to remain the favorite in Eastern League play.
Rio Hondo Prep: The Kares cruised past Viewpoint 41-10 in a battle of 7-0 teams to open Gold Coast League play with a bang.
St. Bernard's: The Crusaders beat Del Norte (Crescent City) 16-0 to stay unbeaten through their first go-around of Big 4 League play and record their fourth shutout in seven games.
St. John Bosco: The Braves defeated Santa Margarita 27-14 in a battle of the Trinity League's only unbeaten teams to maintain their spot as the consensus No. 1 team in the country and move to 8-0 (3-0).
Twelve Bridges: The Raging Rhinos took down Roseville 44-34 to stay unbeaten and break a tie atop the Foothill Valley League.
Wilson (Long Beach): The Bruins defeated rival Long Beach Poly 22-21 for the first time since 1991 to take sole possession of first place in the Moore League.
