An 82-year-old victim of the Boulder, Colorado antisemitic firebomb attack has died weeks after she was badly burned, officials said.
Karen Diamond, who was among the 29 victims who were attacked while peacefully march to support the Israeli hostages held captive by Hamas, succumbed to her “severe injuries,” the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement on Monday.
The suspect, Mohamed Soliman, is now facing upgraded charges including two counts of first degree murder, prosecutors said.
“This horrific attack has now claimed the life of an innocent person who was beloved by her family and friends,” District Attorney Michael Dougherty said.
