Valerie Bertinelli has gone blond.
On Instagram, at least.
Taking to the social media platform on Monday night, the actress posted a selfie with layered blond locks, writing, “New hair who dis?”
Just below, she clarified in parentheses, “it’s a wig 🤭.”
Temporary or not, though, blond might very well be in her future — at least if it comes to her fans.
“Ok blonde is amazing on you!” said one commenter.
“Beautiful before beautiful now I love the blonde!” another added.
Her hairstylist Chris Appleton jumped into the comments section, sharing, “What a stunner 😍”
In Instagram stories, the 65-year-old attempted to remove said wig, laughing, “I have no idea how to get this off.”
“There are a lot of pins in here,” she shared, adding “and my hair is glued to my head.”
By the end of the video series, the actress pulled the wig back completely, revealing her natural brown hair underneath.
Back in June, Bertinelli shared her fears about returning to acting while also revealing that she had begun work on a new Lifetime project. “It’s an amazing script written by an amazing writer and the cast is beyond my wildest dreams,” she detailed of the project, which filmed over the summer in Vancouver.
As for her hair … do blondes really have more fun?
We have a feeling Bertinelli will be back for more.
