Few people would have banked on Cape Verde being level on points with two-time world champions Uruguay heading into their second World Cup match.
But that's the situation we find ourselves in after the tournament debutants claimed a stirring goalless draw against European champions Spain.
Marcelo Bielsa's Uruguay blew hot and cold during their 1-1 draw with Saudi Arabia and improvements are required with Spain lying in wait in the final group match.

One option for Bielsa to shuffle his attack would be to partner Nunes with Agustin Canobbio and drop Federico Vinas to the bench.
