The Minnesota Twins' social media team knew what it was doing.
Without context, their social media post before Friday's home opener could be taken as pretty harmless. They simply want their fans to set alarms to make sure they don't miss the game.
Here's how it looked:

There's more to it than that, though.
You see, the Twins played the Kansas City Royals on Thursday, and the Royals had to make a late change to their lineup.
The young catcher Carter Jensen was pulled from the original lineup card, and the reason soon emerged -- Jensen had slept through his alarm.
He admitted the mistake himself afterward in speaking with reporters and vowed to set many alarms in the future so it would never happen again.
The Twins certainly thought it'd be a funny thing to troll.
Minnesota was surely feeling pretty good after wrapping up its series in Kansas City with a 5-1 win in a game that included three home runs for the Twins just in the ninth inning to create some cushion.
Now, they get the excitement of a home opener. You can bet the Twins will be wide awake for their first game in front of their own fans.
