Triple H is currently the Creative Control Officer in WWE, while Shawn Michaels oversees the direction and booking of NXT. However, at one time, even when they were not in charge of creative and the overall booking of the company, they still had a lot of power. Stone Cold Steve Austin warned a young WWE star to leave the company because of them and John Cena, but he did not listen.

Stone Cold Steve Austin warned Ken Anderson aka Mr Kennedy about Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and John Cena

Speaking on Cafe de Rene, Ken Anderson spoke about how Stone Cold Steve Austin got in touch with him after a match with Batista to offer him guidance.

"I checked my phone and it was like, 'Hey Kid, Steve Austin here, I got your number from someone in the office. I saw your match with Batista, I liked the sh** out of it. He just went on to say, 'I want to talk about some things. I got some ideas for you. I got some pointers, some little things that I saw.'"

Some years after this, Stone Cold went on to warn him that he had made the wrong people in WWE angry, and mentioned that John Cena, Triple H, and Shawn Michaels all hated him. He said that was a bad combination.

"So we became friendly and we would talk on a regular basis. Fast forward a couple years later, and he called me one day and was like, 'Kid get the f**k out of there. You got too much heat with the wrong people. Triple H hates your guts. Shawn Michaels hates your guts. John Cena hates your guts. That's a bad combination kid.'"

He went on to tell him to leave the company and go elsewhere and get himself over for a while. Stone Cold said that he could always come back in the future, but thanks to the pay checks that he was getting, it was too difficult for Anderson to leave.

"He was like, 'Get the f**k out of there, go to Japan, go to TNA, get yourself over, do some stuff there. You can always come back.' I just could not bring myself to pull that trigger. The pay checks were pretty good. Hindsight I wish I would have listened to him."

He admitted now that it might have been better had he left at the time.
