Travis Kelce is in his dog dad era.

The Kansas City Chiefs star debuted his and Taylor Swift's dog, Wendy, in a Tommy Hilfiger promo earlier this week, and a source told People that the NFL star is “pretty obsessed” with their furry friend.

“He absolutely adores Wendy. Travis is her person. She’s very attached to him, and he brings her everywhere he can,” the source shares, adding that he“treats her like a child.”

“He’s pretty obsessed with her. She wants to be part of everything and go everywhere with them. She’s incredibly sweet and cuddly,” the source said.

Wendy is a white Samoyed puppy and made her debut during the fashion promo earlier this week alongside her dog dad. Gigi Hadid, Frances Tiafoe, and Carmelo Anthony meet Kelce and his puppy at New York City’s infamous Plaza Hotel.

Travis Kelce reveals how Wendy was booked for Tommy Hilfiger promo

Kelce confirmed to Vogue that he volunteered that he and Swift's dog be part of the campaign.

“We figured, why not her? She crushed it and actually really fit into that Tommy aesthetic too,” he reports proudly. “Those are some of my favorite shots.”

Kelce continued to gush about Wendy on the Sept. 2 episode of "New Heights" with his brother, Jason Kelce.

“It’s kind of crazy how perfect she looks in the Tommy Hilfiger world,” Travis said of Wendy. “She matches the brand and the shoot, and it was pretty easy to get her to jump on the couch and have some fun with us. But yeah, Wendy’s a model. She’s a model dog.”

Wendy also has some furry friends to play with at home, as Swift has three cats: Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button.

It's unclear when Wendy joined the family, but she is among other big life changes Kelce has experienced recently, as he just said "I do" to Swift on July 3 at Madison Square Garden. The couple got married in front of 1,000 A-listers like Selena Gomez, Simone Biles, Tom Brady, and more.

During the podcast episode, he shared how MSG was the perfect location for them.

“We wanted to do it somewhere where we could have a very intimate and genuine setting without a lot of distractions. And we needed it to be a private feel,” he said. “And MSG went above and beyond to give us that.”
