Even in the offseason, Travis Kelce knows how to keep a room entertained.
The Kansas City tight end recently let fans in on a small but surprisingly personal detail about how he relaxes at night, turning what could’ve been a routine sponsorship plug into a lighthearted bedroom confession that quickly caught listeners’ attention.

On an episode of New Heights, which he hosts with his brother Jason, Kelce discussed his mattress preferences and his involvement as an investor in Sleep Number. Rather than opting for separate settings, he prefers a shared surface.
“I’m a full [sleeper],” Kelce said, explaining he goes with a single mattress setup instead of a split. “I like the full mattress because I like to roll into it and out of it.”
He added with a laugh that if he’s sitting upright, “we’re both sitting up,” making it clear he’s not interested in dividing the bed into separate zones.
Jason Kelce offered a contrasting take, noting that his wife prefers a split design for practical reasons, especially during pregnancy and when dealing with his snoring. The back-and-forth played out like classic brother banter, but Travis Kelce’s comments stood out for how casually he described his wind-down routine.
The conversation landed at a busy moment in Kelce’s life. The 36-year-old is balancing business ventures, questions about the future of his football career, and wedding planning with fiancée Taylor Swift, whom he got engaged to last summer.
On a separate episode, Kelce acknowledged that the end of the Kansas City Chiefs' season has weighed on him.

“It’s a tough way to go out,” he said. “I’m just trying to be a regular human for a couple weeks and figure out what I’m gonna do next.”
