Everybody watches women's sports, and that sentiment rings true on TikTok.

With women's athletics reaching new heights of exposure in recent years, it's no surprise that female sports influencers have found a pocket of success on social media apps like TikTok.

Some of the most popular personalities on the platform have gained recognition through their philanthropic efforts, empowering ad campaigns or immersive day-in-the-life content.

Whether athletes themselves, WAGS or just passionate fans who've made a career online, every voice is key in amplifying women's sports.

Here are some female sports influencers to keep on your radar.

Ilona Maher

Being an influencer is perhaps the least interesting thing about Ilona Maher.

Maher is a professional rugby player and Olympic bronze medalist who has brought millions of eyes to her sport. The 29-year-old gained an even greater following after placing second on Season 33 of Dancing With the Stars.

Even more importantly, Maher is a champion of women's sports and body positivity. The rugby player collaborated with Maybelline to promote her favorite matte red lipstick, which she wears on the pitch for every game.

"I play a sport that is traditionally very masculine. You have to be, supposedly, very manly to play. I think it's putting female athletes in a box. So I wear makeup to give a big 'eff you' to having to sacrifice my femininity," said Maher.

Katie Feeney

Once just an aspiring sports journalist, Katie Feeney has now turned her dream into a career.

Feeney started out on TikTok during the pandemic and gained a large following for her lifestyle content. Her focus shifted to sports during college when she worked for the Penn State Athletics Department as a social media intern.

Prior to her current role at ESPN, Feeney became the Washington Commanders' first-ever social media correspondent and YouTube's correspondent for Super Bowl LVI. She now showcases her work on "SportsCenter" to more than 7 million followers on TikTok.

Tara Davis-Woodhall

Otherwise known as "America's Cowgirl", Tara Davis-Woodhall uses her platform to advocate for causes near to her heart.

Davis-Woodhall is most known for being an Olympic Gold Medalist and World Champion in long jump. While she boasts nearly a million followers on her own, the 26-year-old's online persona is also bolstered by her relationship with her husband, Paralympian Hunter Woodhall.

The two frequently document their training and competition processes on TikTok, but Tara also takes the opportunity to advocate for more discussions surrounding mental health awareness and body image.

Other women making change in the sports world

Whether or not they've taken up influencing, many women in the sports world are using their platform for good.

Well-known "WAG" Kylie Kelce has made a name for herself outside of husband and ex-NFL star Jason Kelce. The Philadelphia native is a dedicated advocate, fundraiser and supporter of the Eagles Autism Foundation, where she's worked for several years as a volunteer.

Many female athletes have also been outspoken about their struggles with mental health, opening up the conversation for others. Olympians Simone Biles, Chloe Kim, Jordan Chiles and Naomi Osaka have all shared their stories publicly.
