One of AEW's top stars and former champions has his sights set on recently crowned Men's World Champion, Maxwell Jacob Friedman. The star in question, Swerve Strickland, has now dropped a shocking NSFW post on social media taking a shot at the self-proclaimed "generational talent".
The "Franchise" of All Elite Wrestling was in action this past December at Worlds End 2025, where he participated in a four-way match also involving Adam Page, MJF and defending champion Samoa Joe over the AEW Men's World Title. The bout ended with Friedman recapturing the belt after picking his spot and taking advantage of the damage his fellow contenders had inflicted on The Samoan Submission Machine.
Last Wednesday on AEW Dynamite: New Year's Smash, MJF was confronted by Swerve and The Hangman, both of whom declared that they would be pursuing The Salt of The Earth and his "Triple B". Taking to his Instagram story a while earlier, Strickland went even farther, sharing an outrageously NSFW piece of fan art involving himself and Friedman, which has been making the rounds on X/Twitter as well.
Check out the fan art in question HERE.

Swerve Strickland and his former arch-nemesis will team up on AEW Dynamite next week
Their long and brutal blood-feud having seemingly bonded them as allies, Swerve Strickland and Adam Page appear to be continuing their partnership on All Elite Wrestling TV. After chasing off and delivering their messages to World Champion MJF on Dynamite: New Year's Smash, the duo were addressed from the backstage area by Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs and Hook, who appeared on the tron instead of confronting their enemies.
Words were then exchanged between the two sides, leading to The Moghul and The Cowboy calling out The Cold Hearted Handsome Devil and The Embodiment of Willpower to a Lights Out match next week on Dynamite.
