The 17-time world champion competed in his retirement match last night against Gunther. The entire arena was disappointed after Cena ended up tapping out to the Ring General. This came after the WWE icon was able to go into his "Super Cena" mode and power out of several moves done to him.

While he did not directly address these, some noticed how they seemed to clearly bother him as he ended up stuttering while they were chanting about AEW. One fan boldly claimed that, following what happened last night, stars like Chris Jericho should rethink having their retirement tour in WWE.
