Titans projected to finally find AJ Brown replacement in 26 TD star WR

Most of the offseason talk surrounding the Tennessee Titans will be centered around the quarterback position. 2023 second round pick Will Levis hasn't exactly panned out, leading to his benching in favor of Mason Rudolph. The Titans will almost certainly have a new quarterback under center when Week 1 of the 2025 season rolls around.

Whoever that quarterback may be could have a dominant outside wide receiver to throw to, at least according to Dalton Miller's recent mock draft. Miller had Tennessee select Arizona wideout Tetairoa McMillan with the No.6 overall pick.

Speaking of separation, that is something we’ll need to be cognizant of when discussing Tetairoa McMillan. His wingspan is otherworldly, and he’s endlessly fluid for being 6’5″. However, that frame makes it difficult to be explosive in and out of sharper breaks, which naturally puts McMillan in more contested situations than the shiftier types ruling the league. McMillan’s ability to attack the ball could make him a quarterback’s best friend, but the number of quarterbacks willing and able to operate in those windows is few and far between — and they certainly don’t play for the current Tennessee Titans.

One of the more bone-headed decisions the former Tennessee regime made was trading star receiver A.J. Brown during the 2022 draft. In this case, McMillan would fill the Brown-sized void left. In three seasons for the Wildcats, McMillan logged 213 catches for 3,423 yards and 26 touchdowns. He's averaged at least 15 yards per catch in each season (16.1 average over three years) and would give Tennessee a bonafide stud on offense.
