Tina Fey has “no beef” with Timothée Chalamet after his viral “manspreading” moment while seated beside her at a New York Knicks game last month.
“I got [sent] so many memes,” the comedian quipped on Wednesday’s episode of Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast.
“I should start by saying that Timothée Chalamet was nothing but lovely, super friendly, and it wasn’t until the next day that I saw all of these manspreading things,” the “Saturday Night Live” alum added.
“You gotta remember,” she continued, “for every amount that he’s sitting like this and manspreading, I’m doing the opposite.”
Fey, 56, explained, “I’ve got a big ol’ can. So, as Amy Poehler would say, ‘God is fair.’ Timothée’s legs took the front, my big ol’ can was takin’ the back.
“It was all good and the Knicks won, so everybody was happy,” she gushed.
Fey was photographed sitting next to the “Dune” actor, 30, and his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, at the New York-based team’s April 28 NBA game against the Atlanta Hawks.

Social media users had a heyday with the images, with one joking, “It’s giving middle seat on the airplane.”
Another tweeted, “timothee chalamet if you don’t stop manspreading on tina fey i swear to god.”
A third person teased that the tightly squeezed pair resembled “the L train at 7 in the morning.”
It’s no secret that Chalamet is a member of the Knicks superfan club as the Oscar nominee has continued to show up in the front row to support the team’s playoff run — even missing a Met Gala date night with Jenner, 28, to watch a game.
On Monday, he and the reality star twinned in throwback Knicks merch while watching the NBA team take down the Cleveland Cavaliers 130-93 in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The win completed a four-game sweep and sent the Knicks to their first NBA Finals appearance in 27 years.
