Tiffany Stratton shares personal update amid WWE hiatus

Former WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton has shared an update amidst her WWE hiatus. Tiffany has been away from the ring since losing her women's title to Jade Cargill at Saturday Night's Main Event on November 1, 2025. She was recently seen in Saudi Arabia along with WWE superstars Randy Orton, Liv Morgan for a promotional activity.

However, the Buff Barbie seems to have returned now. In her Instagram story, Tiffay posted an image of her sitting alongside a swimming pool, along with her dogs. In the caption, she wrote,

"This is the life."

Tiffany was rumoured to be out of action due to an injured knee, which she suffered because of an attack from Jade Cargill on SmackDown a few weeks before her title match. She had entered the match with Jade at SNME with a tape tied around her knee, indicating that she wasn't wrestling at her full capacity. It was further exploited by The Storm throughout the match. She lost the bout with her injury, which played a crucial role.

However, it seems that the injury angle was part of the storyline, and that Tiffany isn't actually injured. If she had been, the company would have provided an update on it, or Tiffany herself would have given an update on her injury and subsequent recovery process on social media. She might have been given a break after a long title reign.

The 26-year-old superstar had been consistently on TV this year, since she won the Women's Championship from Nia Jax on the January 3, 2025, episode of SmackDown. Since winning the gold, she went on to defend it against big superstars like Bayley, Charlotte Flair (WrestleMania 41), Nia Jax, Trish Stratus (Evolution), and Jade Cargill at SummerSlam 2025.

After keeping the gold for 10 months, the Buff Barbie dropped it to Jade Cargill. In fact, it was highly anticipated that Jade would be able to dethrone Tiffany as the champion since Tiffany was seen struggling with her knee before the match. It now remains to be seen when Tiffany Stratton will return to WWE and chase the gold.

Rhea Ripley was recently asked about which WWE star's outfit she would never wear, and The Eradicator took the name of Tiffany Stratton. Rhea was asked this question for Fanatics on Instagram, and she said that Stratton wears too much pink. She said that there was no chance of her wearing that much pink in a wrestling ring.

"Someone who I would not, absolutely hell no, never ever putting their gear on, it would have to be.... see I like this person, I like this person a lot. It would have to be Tiffany Stratton. It would just have to be. Because she wears too much pink for my liking. And I cannot and will not, ever wear pink in a WWE ring. I just cannot do it. It's too pretty for me. I don't like it. It's not my favorite color. It's too many bows, too many frills, and too much pink."

Tiffany and Rhea Ripley haven't faced each other in a singles match in WWE. They have been part of promos and have been teased as future opponents, but the two haven't ever exchanged fists inside the ring.

It remains to be seen how these comments from Rhea will be perceived by The Buff Barbie or if they will ignite a feud between the two.
