Kata Hay is facing legal trouble.
The Voice alum was arrested in Oklahoma after Tennessee authorities asked the public to help track her down following her alleged involvement in a deadly car crash, the Goodlettsville Police Department shared on Facebook.
Hay—whose real name is Kata Huddleston—was taken into custody in Osage County, Oklahoma, Dec. 17 and charged with being a fugitive from justice and is being held for extradition, according to jail records viewed by E! News.
The Goodlettsville PD shared a notice to be on the lookout for Hay on Dec. 16, alongside a photo of the season 11 reality star.
"She has outstanding warrants for vehicular homicide in connection with a motor vehicle crash on Hollow Pike near I-65," the flyer, which the Tennessee police department posted on Facebook, read. "We have reason to believe that she may be enroute to Oklahoma and traveling with a white male and quite possibly towing a large camper."
The following day, the police department thanked those who called in with tips about Hay, sharing on the social media page that "as a direct result," she was "arrested early this morning in Oklahoma, where she will be extradited back to Davidson County."
E! News has reached out to Hay for comment and has not yet heard back.
Hay had been charged in Davidson County over a Dec. 10 incident with a second offense DUI, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage over $1,500 and having an open container of alcohol, according to filings viewed by E!. She is scheduled to be in court on Feb. 2 at 8:30 a.m. local time.

Hay's latest legal battle comes three years after she pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual contact with a minor in 2022 in Sumner County, per court filings viewed by E!. She was sentenced to six months in jail, as well as a mental health evaluation and an intensive out-patient program, WKRN reporters in the courtroom confirmed at the time.
While on the stand, Hay apologized, alleging that she had been under the influence of alcohol while committing the crime against the 16-year-old. "I wanna cause no more suffering for anyone," she told the court. "I'm truly sorry."
Hay made her name on The Voice in 2011 with Christina Aguilera as her coach, though she was ultimately eliminated in week one of the live playoffs.
