During a chat about Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, The View guest host Savannah Chrisley admitted she was “pissed off” to learn Maxwell had been transferred to the Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas.
The former reality television star advocated for her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, after they were convicted and sent to prison in 2022 for bank fraud and tax evasion. She advocated for their release, eventually landing a presidential pardon from President Trump himself, and shared updates on the poor living conditions of the prisons they were being held in.
While discussing Maxwell on The View, Savannah admitted, “I was the first person to be pissed off about where she’s been moved to.”
“I have seen people who have committed minor financial crimes who are in way worse facilities so I was the first to be pissed off,” she continued, before adding, “But, at the end of the day, because they were lenient on her there, we’re getting more and more information on the people in these files who should also be held accountable.”

Savannah’s father was completing a 12-year sentence in Florida while Julie was serving a seven-year sentence in Kentucky.
Their accountant, Peter Tarantino, was also convicted for fraud and tax evasion but has not been pardoned yet.
The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
