‘The View’ Censored Walton Goggins’ Speedo Photo: “Reveals Too Much Of His Walton And Both Of His Goggins,” According To Joy Behar

Things got a little silly on this morning’s episode of The View. The ladies took a break from hammering into current politics to discuss the things that people really want to know about, like The White Lotus Season 3 actor Walton Goggins wearing a neon yellow Speedo for a recent magazine cover.

During the second Hot Topics segment of the day, Joy Behar revealed the latest swimsuit trend for men.

“Here’s some breaking news for the summer,” she began. “According to The New York Times, The Guardian, and CNN, skimpy swimsuits for men are in this summer after a magazine featured actor Walton Goggins in tiny swim briefs.”

A photo of only Goggins’ top half appeared on the screen, with a disappointed Alyssa Farah Griffin pointing out, “You can’t even see anything!” Behar jokingly informed her that The View had to censor out his revealing bathing suit because it showed “too much of his Walton and both of his Goggins.”

Behar’s comment became a running joke throughout the rest of the segment, particularly when Ana Navarro showed an old photo of her husband wearing a Speedo with a cup “strategically placed in front of his manhood,” as Navarro described it.

“His Goggins are covered up!” Sara Haines exclaimed, while Behar added, “I don’t see anybody covering their Goggins,” forcing Navarro to leave her seat and point out which of the men in the photo was her husband.

Of course, Behar had no room to judge since she met her current husband, Steve Janowitz, at a “nudist colony” — a fun fact Navarro won’t let her live down. On this morning’s episode of The View, Behar—who previously insisted that she was clothed at the so-called nudist colony—was once again forced to explain the time she first met her husband.

“Oh, my God — this story,” she said, before adding, “Steve was full monty, I hadn’t met him. He was far away from me and I [could still see him]. That’s a compliment to the guy, come on.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
