As we inch closer and closer to the end of the regular season in high school football, The Sporting News Midwest high school football Top 25 continues to see plenty of change within it.

While the top remained the same in Nebraska's Millard South, several teams suffered losses this past week. That includes two Iowa schools in Waukee Northwest and West Des Moines Valley.
Three new teams entered the rankings in Central City of Nebraska, Centennial from Minnesota and Grundy Center of Iowa.
