SN is proud to announce the 2026 Sporting News High School Girls Basketball All-America Team, featuring the nation's top high school basketball players from across the country.

We picked a total of 15 players spread across three teams — 10 seniors and five juniors. Our team includes 10 state Gatorade Players of the Year along with the overall national winner.

Just how loaded was the talent this year? Our second team features SN's preseason favorite for National Player of the Year along with the Gatorade National Player of the Year who is headed to UConn. Primary criteria for selection include statistical averages and efficiency, intangible impacts on winning, team success, and strength of schedule, with a focus on individual performances in key matchups.

Ranked by 247Sports as the No. 1 recruit in the Class of 2026, Harpring is the Naismith Girls High School national Player of the Year for powering the War Eagles to a 29-2 campaign and GHSA AAAA state title. She averaged 29.5 points, 11.2 rebounds, 4.2 steals, and 4.1 assists per game on 62% shooting and became Georgia's all-time leading scorer with 3,435 points when she dropped 40 points and 16 boards in Marist's 58-50 state championship win over Kell.

Smith reaffirmed her status as the No. 1 player in the Class of 2027 for the third season in a row by leading Ontario Christian to a 34-2 record in the midst of a national schedule and the program's first CIF Open Division state title and national title. She averaged 31.5 points, 6.9 assists, and 4.5 steals per game shooting 54% from the field, 38% from three (138-361), and 89% from the free throw line. Smith scored at least 20 points in 35 of 36 games and even shined in Ontario Christian's only two losses, dropping 25 points against No. 2 Bishop McNamara and 30 points with five assists in the CIF-Southern Section championship against No. 7 Sierra Canyon. Her other top performances included going for 50 points, four assists, and seven steals to beat No. 3 Archbishop Mitty in double overtime, 24 points and five assists to beat Mitty again in the state finals, and 45 points with five assists and three steals to edge out No. 5 St. John Vianney, with all five of those performances coming on at least 50% shooting.

Hall also dropped 21 points in the McDonald's All-American Game to lead the East to a 91-71 victory and earn MVP honors. The summer before her senior year, Hall led USA to a FIBA U19 World Cup gold medal and was named tournament MVP.

Despite missing the season's opening weeks with an injury and easing her way back in for weeks after that, Robinson earns her second consecutive First Team selection for leading Sierra Canyon to a No. 7 national ranking, CIF-Southern Section Open Division title, and 30-3 record (25-2 with her in the lineup). Her 32-point, 12-rebound performance to come back in the fourth quarter against eventual state and national champion Ontario Christian was one of the best in recent California history given the circumstances. Even with her season averages watered down due to her injury, Robinson still averaged 21.7 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. Robinson dominated even in Sierra Canyon's two losses that she played in, passing Juju Watkins as Sierra Canyon's all-time leading scorer with 33 points and 12 rebounds in a regular season loss to No. 9 Long Island Lutheran and wrapping up with 26 points in a season-ending state playoff loss to No. 15 Sage Hill.

Wilson-Manyacka did some – or a lot – of everything for the No. 11 team in the nation, Maryland's private school state champion, and the Chipotle Nationals finalist. The 5-star wing averaged 21.2 points, 11.5 rebounds, 3.4 steals, two blocks, and 1.9 assists against a brutal schedule, shooting 47% from the field and 37% from three for games in which field goal makes and attempts were recorded (about two thirds of the season). Win or lose, Wilson-Manyacka was almost always at her best against Bullis' top opponents, including 29 points and 10 rebounds on 50% FG in a one-point loss to St. John's, 30 points, eight rebounds, three steals, and three blocks in a loss to No. 10 Princess Anne, 26 points, 15 rebounds, and four steals to beat No. 9 Long Island Lutheran, and 22 points and 21 rebounds in a Chipotle Nationals quarterfinals rout of Bishop Gorman.

Kussow averaged 27.1 points per game and dropped 34 to avenge a regular season loss against nationally ranked Wauwatosa East in the WIAA D1 championship to lead Arrowhead to a 28-2 campaign and state crown. For the 21 out of 30 games in which the Warhawks recorded the other four base stats and shooting percentages, Kussow also averaged 8.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 3.2 steals, and 1.0 blocks a game.

She also shot 48% from the field and 37% from three. In three playoff outings, all wins for the New Jersey champion, Nyemcheck averaged 27 points, nine rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 4.3 steals per game.

Palmer carried a heavy load for one of the nation's top teams, averaging 23.2 points, 13.2 rebounds, and 6.4 assists per game as Westtown finished 18th and made the PAISAA state championship. The 5-star wing/forward dropped 27 in the state finals against Friends' Central despite a 62-54 loss.

After missing a year with a torn ACL, Woliczko picked right back up in early January earned the rare distinction of getting All-American nods in just half a season of work. Injury notwithstanding, she would've had as good a chance at anyone at earning National Player of the Year. Despite sitting in the second half of a slew of blowout victories, the nation's premier forward averaged 21.3 points and 9.2 rebounds per game on a whopping 72.8% FG while dominating defensively to help the Monarchs to their fifth consecutive CIF-CCS Open Division crown and NorCal regional title. In two close losses to national champion Ontario Christian, Woliczko dropped 25 points and 15 rebounds to take the Eagles to double overtime and an efficient 19 points and 10 rebounds in the state championship.

Gatorade's National Player of the Year and high school basketball's top center, Vukosa closed out her legendary prep career with 17.8 points, 18.1 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 4.4 blocks a game to lead the Royals to the Catholic High School Athletic Association state finals. She carried a heavy load as Christ the King finished 2025-26 ranked 67th in the nation by MaxPreps.

Third Team All-American

G Aaliah "Lizzy" Spaight

In one of the best individual seasons Nevada has seen in a long time, Spaight led Bishop Gorman to a No. 20 national ranking and NIAA D5 state crown with 19.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 4.0 steals shooting 48% overall and 41% from three. Spaight went for 25 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, and three steals in a three-point state finals victory over nationally ranked DPAC and closed her high school career with 26 points, 10 rebounds, five assists, and two steals at Chipotle Nationals in a loss to No. 11 Bullis.

G Maddyn Greenway

One of the nation's top stat sheet-stuffers and winners at the same time, Greenway finished her high school career with 5,621 points – most in Minnesota history, fifth in national history – and five consecutive MSHSL state championships. As a senior, she averaged career-highs of 36.5 points, 9.4 assists, and 6.1 steals to go with 7.1 rebounds on 48% shooting. Greenway even dominated in the Lions' four losses, in which she averaged 33.5 points, 7.8 assists, and 6.8 rebounds against some of the Midwest's top competition.

G Morgan Stewart

Even more dominant on offense than her gaudy statistics would indicate, Stewart was named MVP of the mighty WCAC with 19.6 points, 3.3 assists, and 1.9 steals per game while leading St. John's to its first DCSAA state crown in 11 years. One of the nation's premier off-ball playmakers, Stewart managed shoot to 50% from the field and 41% from three with 67 makes as the only Cadet averaging 10 PPG despite regularly facing elite defenses geared up to shut her down at all costs.

With 16.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.7 steals, Ojo led Princess Anne to its second straight undefeated campaign (not including The Throne), VHSL state crown, and top-10 national ranking. Her counting stats would've been much higher had the Cavaliers not annihilated nearly every opponent they faced by halftime, and her versatile individual defense was crucial to the team's dominance.

Samuels was the top star for the WCAC champion and No. 2 team in the country, contributing 21 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3.7 steals per game on 49% shooting against an otherworldly schedule. With the ability to clamp one through five at the high school level, the 5-star wing played a litany of different roles across the season to anchor the nation's best defense. Samuels was named MVP in December when Bishop McNamara won the Vincent Cannizzaro (top) Division of the Nike TOC.
