Real will debut bold new AI innovations, including a major leap forward for Leo, the company’s 24/7 virtual concierge that extends beyond the agent experience. It’s the first step toward a truly intelligent, always-on real estate experience. Paired with a new marketing solution that automates content creation at scale, these tools underscore how Real is using AI not just to streamline tasks, but to reshape how agents and their clients move through the entire real estate journey.

It will also announce the launch of Real Wallet Rewards, a key feature within Real Wallet, the company’s embedded finance ecosystem, that enables agents using Real Wallet’s business checking account and Real branded debit card to apply their accrued rewards toward reducing brokerage fees. Former Real President and current board member Sharran Srivatsaa will return to the RISE stage to share insights on scaling with intention and building sustainable success, rounding out a program that blends strategy, heart and hands-on learning. A new addition this year, Mastermind Sessions will bring agents together in curated small groups to problem-solve, share playbooks and walk away with clear strategies to implement immediately.

The event also celebrates Real’s commitment to service and community. The week kicks off with the first-ever One Real Impact Golf Classic that will raise funds for One Real Impact, the company’s assistance fund created to support agents facing unexpected hardship. The conference will close with a volunteer event to help pack meals for food-insecure families in the Orlando area.
