The list of backup QBs to win the Super Bowl spells out Jarrett Stidham, the Broncos' replacement for Bo Nix

This seems like it should be impossible, but once you've seen it, you can't unsee it.

The Denver Broncos have an incredibly bizarre omen for their remaining chances of winning the Super Bowl, now with backup QB Jarrett Stidham starting in place of the injured Bo Nix.

Local TV reporter Scotty Gange showed that if you take the names of the previous backup QBs to win the Super Bowl, they can be rearranged to spell out, "Jarrett Stidham Super Bowl."

We'll just let you watch for yourself:

The Broncos first have to win the AFC Championship Game against the New England Patriots. If they do that, they'll face the winner of Seahawks-Rams in the Super Bowl.

Never say never, right?

Stidham is in an even harder spot than those other backups, though. He hasn't thrown a pass outside of the preseason since 2023.

He didn't even see the field in the last game, because Nix's fractured ankle occurred on the game-winning drive, and it wasn't diagnosed until afterward, so Nix didn't miss a single play.

Now, Nix is sidelined, and Stidham has to step in to the biggest stage of his life and perform.

The Broncos' strong defense can potentially give Denver a chance. But there'll surely be a moment when Stidham has to make a big throw or two. Will he?

To do so, he'll have to harness some of that past backup QB magic to find his way to glory.
