A former WWE 24/7 Champion could be brought into AEW by The Hurt Syndicate to deal with the Death Riders. The star has been rumored to be joining Tony Khan's promotion for a long time.

The Hurt Syndicate could finally bring in the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Cedric Alexander, in AEW. Cedric was a part of the Hurt Business faction in the Stamford-based promotion alongside Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and MVP. He has been rumored to join All Elite Wrestling ever since the formation of Hurt Syndicate last year.

While Cedric Alexander currently performs in TNA, it was reported that he has signed a short-term deal with the company. Therefore, Cedric could join the Hurt Syndicate in AEW for their new feud. After Jon Moxley successfully defended his Continental Championship against Josh Alexander on this week's Dynamite, MVP and Shelton Benjamin showed up, setting their sights on Moxley's title.

The confrontation could be a hint of an upcoming feud between the Hurt Syndicate and the Death Riders led by Moxley. While the Death Riders currently consists of six members, the Hurt Syndicate only has two, with Bobby Lashley currently being absent.

Therefore, Cedric Alexander could finally join his former Hurt Business stablemates to take on the Death Riders. It will be interesting to see if Alexander will be seen in AEW soon.
