The Division 2 Winter Event 2025: Everything you need to know

The Division 2 Winter Event 2025 is right around the corner, and it brings a new foe to the streets in Y7S3 Mutiny. Although this event will only last for three weeks, there will be plenty of opportunities to participate in all the upcoming content and benefit from the Event Vendors and rewards. A new apparel event is planned for the holidays, as well as a community challenge offering new freebies.

How long is The Division 2 Winter Event 2025?

The new limited-time event will go live on December 16, 2025, and it will remain active for three weeks until January 6, 2026. This will be the last event of the year for Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment's looter shooter title.

Do note that the Winter Event release date coincides with the weekly reset, which means that a new Manhunt Scout will become available. Complete the previous challenges to make your way towards the seasonal boss of Y7S3 Mutiny.

New Krampus boss and minions in The Division 2 Winter Event 2025

A new Krampus named boss can be fought during this new winter-themed event. Players will find Krampuslauf named enemies in packs of four. Take all of them down for a chance to obtain a Krampusnacht bounty. This special bounty will lead you to the Krampus boss.

After you take him down, you will obtain loot items, a White Krampus Mask, and a Winter Key. This key can be used at the Event Vendor to acquire additional loot.

3) Winter Community Cache

The last cache found at the Event Vendor during the holidays of 2025 accounts for the progression of all players across the community. You must donate a Winter Key to progress a personal challenge meter. When the global community reaches a certain threshold, a bonus reward will be unlocked.

In addition to this, when the global Winter Key donation reaches 1,000,000, a new White Krampus Outfit will be unlocked. The criteria for the bonus reward in the Challenge of Giving event are that the global progress must hit the threshold before January 6, 2026. Be sure to collect your rewards on the last date of this Challenge of Giving event.

Summit rewards during The Division 2 Winter Event 2025

Upon reaching floor 100 of the Summit in The Division 2, you will obtain Julmust, a new holiday Hunter mask, during the limited-time event.
