Like its counterparts, the newest Stretch Goals will be available after players hit level 100 in the current pass. You cannot skip through the bonus levels of Rank Up, and instead need to earn XP from all sources that normally grant season pass progression.

Climax Mission in The Division 2 Title Update Y7S2.3

As soon as the maintenance update ends, players will be able to access the Climax mission for The Pact Y7S2 Manhunt. It will offer the Tempest automatic pistol as promised. Additionally, a new exotic kneepad called Blacklisters has been added to the reward pool.

This change is implemented after Tempest became available early through the Summit floor 100 drops. Due to this unintended early access, The Division team decided to add a new exotic to the final Manhunt mission.

Here is everything you need to know about the Blacklisters exotic kneepads:

Talent - Ostracize

  • Shooting an enemy applies a mark. Only one such mark can be active at a given time. This mark disappears after 15s, or when the marked enemy dies.
  • You receive 600% Amplified Damage from the marked enemy.
  • You deal 20% Amplified Damage to unmarked enemies.
  • If only one enemy remains in combat, the mark disappears and cannot be reapplied.

Sheperd Event in The Division 2 Title Update Y7S2.3

Starting from November 25, 2025, a new Shepherd Event will be live until the end of The Pact season. This event will offer six new projects that reward XP, exotic components, and reconstructed caches. Completing the last project in this chain will award the Caretaker named G36 Enhanced Assault Rifle.

To complete each project in this chain, players need to earn Shepherd Ranks by receiving endorsements. Throughout the entirety of the event, a Shepherd Rank boost will be active to help players acquire bonus XP.

Issues fixed in The Division 2 Title Update Y7S2.3

Here is a list of fixes arriving in this update:

  • Loadout swapping caused multiple talents to stack through the “Abridged” Talent of the Tinkerer exotic mask.
  • The Marauder drone’s model size did not match its hitboxes, which made it difficult to damage or destroy its weak points.
  • Turmoil kneepads and the Negotiator’s Dilemma gear set could unintentionally deal damage to player-deployed turrets.
  • The Donate All Junk button would stop functioning after being used once during Expertise level-up.
  • Blocked mission progression if the gathering point was skipped before Beat 5 in the Legacy Climax mission for Captain Lewis.
  • No comms are granted upon completing the Crossroads Manhunt Climax mission.
  • Special Weapon Cache was not dropping any items after dropping the Halloween Patch and Trophy.

This concludes our coverage of The Division 2 Title Update Y7S2.3. Although the Climax mission goes live as soon as the maintenance update ends, events like Stretch goals and Shepherd will become available one and two weeks after this update, respectively.
