It looks like there’s an unlikely source of drama in the Southern Hospitality Season 4 premiere: Sir Wieners. The gourmet hot dog company, founded by cast member TJ Dinch and named after his ex-boyfriend’s junk, is causing tension among the group in an exclusive clip obtained by DECIDER.
Following the drama at the Season 3 reunion, the Republic employees are still reeling from the revelation that Bradley Carter and Dinch knew all along that Maddi Reese‘s ex-boyfriend, Trevor Stokes, never cheated on her, despite upholding the rumor in Season 2. It seems that Emmy Sharrett is also on bad terms with the guys, who criticized her relationship with Will Kulp, and launched their own investigation into his alleged cheating last season.
With Kulp leaving the show and Reese still pissed about the lie, it’s not surprising that she and Sharrett have struck up an alliance. In an exclusive clip from the premiere episode, which airs on Bravo tonight, the girls show up to work a Sir Wieners event Dinch is hosting at Republic, and the name of his latest and greatest hot dog sends them spiraling.
“He’s got a new wiener, too. It seems like a dig, doesn’t it?” Reese says to Sharrett, pointing to the “Cheater Wiener,” a new Sir Wieners hot dog that’s doused in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
“They’re fucking bullies. Like, why can’t you learn how to stay out of fucking grown folk business?” Reese fumes, to which Sharrett replies, “Listen, it speaks more about how not interesting their lives are if this is what they’re still hyper-fixating on.”
In her confessional, Reese shares why she believes Dinch was referring to Sharrett’s fiancé by naming his new menu item the Cheater Wiener. “TJ has named every single one of his hot dogs after someone in this group. Who in this group is the cheater then … other than Will?” she says.
With Reese all worked up, Sharrett opts to … maybe for the first time ever … take the calmer approach. “Maddi’s like, ‘How dare these people keep getting away with this? How dare they attack our relationship?!’ And I’m like, ‘I don’t give a shit.’ I’m done letting these people control me,” she says in her confessional.
All the while, Dinch tells Republic owner Leva Bonaparte that the hot dog’s name is “about cheating on your diet.” Oopsie!
Southern Hospitality Season 4 premieres on Wednesday, March 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
