The comment was made during a June 25, 2025, appearance on KISS FM UK’s “Say It or Shot It” segment, where host Harriet Rose asked Jade which artist she would never collaborate with.

The singer replied:

“I feel like the fans already know someone I wouldn’t collaborate with- Charlie Puth.”
