TGL’s season 2 green zone to be ‘38 percent bigger’ with one less bunker

Following an impressive debut, the TGL is introducing several changes for its second seaso. The changes include modifications to the green, bunker zones and hole locations.

The TGL is a tech-infused indoor league co-founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. The second season will begin on December 28 at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens.

This year, the SoFi Center is implementing a few changes, one of the most significant being a larger green zone. The green zone will now be 38% bigger, and one bunker has been removed. Besides, the number of hole locations has been increased to twelve, compared to seven last year.

The first match of TGL Season 2 will be played between the defending champion, Atlanta Drive GC, and New York Golf Club. Notably, a new team named Motor City Golf Club has also been announced but will debut in 2027.
