Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce 'grateful' for next chapter

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are in their newlywed era and are reportedly “feeling really grateful” for their next chapter.

The two got married on July 3 at Madison Square Garden after about three years of dating. A source told People that “They’re both just so excited that they’re husband and wife now.”  

Now that the two said "I do," "Their relationship feels even more special,” the source continued.

Both Swift and Kelce have hectic schedules, as the singer closed out her record-breaking tour in 2024 and has been a part of projects like the "Toy Story 5" soundtrack with her song "I Knew It, I Knew You." Kelce, on the other hand, is entering his 14th season in the NFL and is currently in training camp. With the two constantly on the move, the source shared that they love that they were able to have a moment together.

“They’re both always working, creating or thinking about what comes next. And they love living like this,” adds the source. “They both feel really grateful for everything they have. They’re very happy.”

As Kelce is currently in training camp as he heads into the new season, he shared his first thoughts on the "crazy" night of his wedding, adding that it was filled with “a lot of celebration.”

“It was a fun offseason, man,” Kelce told reporters during Chiefs training camp on Aug. 12. “Wedding was the best night of my life, and I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us.”

The star-studded wedding included A-list guests like Selena Gomez, Brad Pitt, Tom Brady, Gigi Hadid, and Tom Hanks. Celebrities also had their hand in the wedding ceremony, with Adam Sandler officiating the couple, and during the reception, Stevie Nicks, Paul McCartney, and Avril Lavigne performed. 

Since the wedding, Swift was honored at the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, where she is the youngest-ever inductee. She will be a part of the Fall 2026 class alongside  Lyle Lovett, Bruce Channel, Shawn Camp, and Lee Thomas Miller. 

Prior to Swift saying, "I do," she was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame back in June where she made history as the youngest woman ever inducted into the organization.
