Tamra Judge detailed her “really special” reunion with daughter Sidney after years of estrangement.
“She came to the house, and she was going to lunch with Sophia, and I went outside and we hugged,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, 58, recalled while holding back tears during the Season 19 reunion Friday.
“We talked about life for about 30 minutes, and she’s very sweet.”
“Then she said, ‘Mom, can I hug you goodbye?’ And she hugged me, and I just held onto her for so long, and I just said, ‘I can’t let you go. I just can’t let you go.'”
“It was just a really, really special moment. She’s coming around.”
The reality star’s relationship with Sidney, 26, fractured after her 2011 divorce from her second husband, Simon Barney.
During the Season 11 reunion in 2016, Judge told host Andy Cohen and her castmates that Sidney chose her dad’s side after the couple’s contentious split.
She recalled that Sydney had told her, “I don’t want to live with you anymore. You’ve ruined my dad’s life,” noting that “[she] left that day and has not come back.”
Although Judge and Barney were granted equal custody of their three children, the Bravo star relinquished custody of Sidney to her ex once her daughter made it clear that she did not want a relationship with her.
Aside from Sidney, Judge and Barney share son Spencer, 25, and daughter Sophia, 20. She also shares son Ryan, 39, with her first ex-husband, Darren Vieth.

Last year, the Bravolebrity gave a positive update on where she stood with Sidney while chatting with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast ahead of the premiere of Season 18.
“She is reaching out to her brother and sister now, so that’s good news,” she revealed.
“So we do have some progress.”
Despite their strained relationship, the “Tamra’s OC Wedding” alum relished in Sidney’s success from afar, gushing to Page Six about how proud she is.
“She’s doing amazing and — without crying, guys — that’s all I can wish for as a mom. She’s very successful, she’s in the film industry as well behind the camera. So she’s doing amazing things with her life, and that’s all I can really wish for,” she said.
“I mean, I can wish for more, but it’s on God’s hands really, God’s timing.”
The “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host — who wed Eddie Judge in 2013 — also spoke about her challenging family dynamic on “RHOC” during Season 18.
“I’ve always been super close to Sophia. I was very close to Sidney. With Sophia, we talk all the time and I tell her that I love her all the time,” she said in a confessional.
“Unfortunately, Sidney’s on Simon’s side. She doesn’t really speak to any of us. It’s difficult. It’s like your child’s dead, but they’re still alive.”
