Tampa Bay Bucs’ Shilo Sanders takes predictable shot at his brother, Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders

For a while, it looked like Shedeur Sanders had taken his multiple-day draft slide personally. His lack of maturity in the pre-draft process appears to be the catalyst for his stunning descent down the board, but Sanders was making a positive early impression with the Cleveland Browns.

Coach Kevin Stefanski mentioned in multiple interviews how Shedeur was one of the first guys in and last guys out of the facility, and throughout minicamp, the 23-year-old was turning heads with his accuracy in team drills.

But last week, when public police records indicated Shedeur was cited for going over 30 mph twice in short succession, the questions about his self-awareness returned, with his brother Shilo now sharing his thoughts.

In a recent social media clip, Shilo made a fiery joke at Shedeur's expense.

"We're out here in Tampa; we have to be crossing the street—especially if Shedeur is out here," Shilo said.

It's clear Shilo was roasting his brother, and the comment was made in good faith, but it just furthers the notion that the entire Shedeur experience creates unwarranted attention thanks to his own behavior.

If Shedeur were a better athlete who could diagnose pro defenses and navigate collapsing pockets, it would be easier to stomach his constant slip-ups.

Shedeur does not have the tools as of now to be a sustainable leader of an offense, and if that doesn't change this summer, there's a chance he won't make the roster at the beginning of the season.

Shilo's funny comment showed more awareness in about ten seconds than Shedeur has on or off the field in some time.
