Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun hold hands on casual LA stroll after actress said she doesn’t ‘need a man’

Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun were photographed arm-in-arm after the actress declared she didn’t “need a man.”

The “Euphoria” star and the former record executive appeared cozy while taking a casual walk in the ritzy Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon.

It’s unclear where they were heading, but Braun had a grocery bag in tow.

Sweeney, 28, kept her head down, stepping out in a white T-shirt tucked into belted mom jeans.

She accessorized with sunglasses, black boots and a black purse.

As for Braun, 44, he wore a white long-sleeve shirt, khaki shorts and white sneakers.

The couple’s sighting comes after Sweeney, who recently dropped her Syrn lingerie line, told Cosmopolitan that she didn’t need a relationship to be content.

“Look, I am a boss in my life,” she told the mag last month. “I take control. I go after what I want. I am confident, and I am successful, and I don’t actually need a man.”

“I’ve got myself. I’ve got an incredible group of girlfriends,” the “Housemaid” star continued. “I’ve got a team of badass women. That is very intimidating to a lot of guys, so a guy needs to be able to stand in that with me.”

Sweeney explained that it “takes a very specific person who can handle the world that comes with” dating her.

She recalled once dating a man she “really, really liked,” sharing that it didn’t work out because he “couldn’t handle [her] world.”

The “Christy” actress also reflected on being “open to other experiences” and men outside her usual type.

Sweeney, however, specified that she was looking for a man who would be “sporty” with her, adding, “So someone needs to be able to climb a mountain with me, go skydiving with me.”

The “Anybody But You” star was first linked to Braun after they were spotted hanging out at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding in June 2025. The two were rumored to be dating that September.

Sweeney and Braun were last seen together at an intimate dinner party with friends, including Usher, last month, per a TikTok video.

Before that, the duo stepped out for jet skiing in Florida in November.

The actress’ last relationship, meanwhile, was with her ex-fiancé, Jonathan Davino, with whom she was involved from 2018 to March 2025. As for Braun, he was married to Yael Cohen Braun from 2014 to 2022.
