Jazz Chisholm Jr. challenged a strike call during the eighth inning on Tuesday night as the Yankees took on the A's.
New York's second baseman lost the ABS challenge, the last one the Yanks had available to them.
And when that happened, radio commentator Suzyn Waldman shared her blunt thoughts: "Jazz is not good at this," she told the listening audience.
It was quite an amusing little sequence on the broadcast:
Suzyn Waldman: “Uh…Jazz is challenging the pitch…..”
Ump: “The pitch is a strike, the Yankees are out of challenges.”
Suzyn: “Ok thats…Jazz is not good at this.” pic.twitter.com/J6pxWPTyBE

It's definitely pretty funny.
It is hard to make that determination definitively, though. Jazz entered the night 1-1 on challenges, so this makes him now 1-2. That's still much too tiny a sample size to make any sweeping judgements.
But at least in this case, the pitch ended up looking pretty clearly a strike on the replay. Chisholm could be seen on the TV broadcast closely watching the ABS challenge screen on the scoreboard, almost as if to learn how it works a little bit better.
There's time for him to prove Suzyn wrong. For now, though, he hasn't gotten off to a particularly impressive start in the new challenge system.
